INSIGHT

> Our KWAR President Brian Santos said it best; "Tight supply is the new normal."

These growing numbers can be intimidating to anyone, but especially to our homies that are first time buyers. Our advice; talk to a mortgage specialist about the incentive options available to you, understand what you are approved for and take a close look at the platforms of our federal election candidates and how their plans affect you.
